Yes, I messed up. I did something wrong, I cooked the apples ALONG with the sugar. I was supposed to melt the sugar THEN roll the apples. GEEEEZZZZ... why did I listen to our housemaid?

So just a few minutes ago, I tried it again and did the process which I thought was the right one. Damn, it was soooo bad. Anyone who knows the REAL process of doing this? [not the honey-glazed one, just sugar].

LOL... I had a lot of fun today. First I cooked 24+ pieces of Glazed Bananas [my parents loved it!] and then I made a coffee candy. It's really delicious, since my sister loved it. I just realized how fun it is to cook.

I've been scared all my life
so now I can be mysterious and black
I've carried out my sentence as a wimp
so now I can be the mack
I've been sitting so long in the waiting room
so now I can make my mark
I stood so long in the sun
I couldn't see through the dark
I starved my shadow through the night
so I don't have to look back to a bigger man
I've been passed around so much in my life
so now I can be the leather gloved hands
for years I've been the apprentice
so I'm not judging the liar
I've been soaking for so long
its my turn to walk out the fire.
